Massage Time!

Everyone loves a good massage! I am always so tense on my neck and shoulders. It drives me crazy, but with the help of a massage, I feel back to normal. According to the Mayo Clinic, some benefits of massage are as follows:

  • Anxiety
  • Digestive disorders
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Headaches
  • Insomnia related to stress
  • Soft tissue strains or injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Weight Loss
  • Exfoliation of the body

There are so many more benefits to getting a massage. I love getting 90 minute sessions, and I love combo pressure (a mix of swedish and deep tissue).

Lavender is a Savior!

Well I was planning on posting once a day, or once every few days, but tonight will be an exception. I just tried to talk to a friend since I am home sick, and they were pretty rude to me so I felt horrible for awhile after that. I am so glad I moved to get a fresh start. Anyways, I am going to do a product review on this.

Jurlique Lavender Essential Oil is the BEST!!

This may be a little teeny tiny bottle, but its effects on the mind and body is seriously phenomenal! I have worked with this product with a Spa that I am affiliated with for 2 years, and it is a cure all. All you need is a drop or two.

Some Benefits of this Product (and Lavender in general):

– Anti Stress

-Anti Depression

-Calms Burns, cuts, scrapes

-Helps with sleep

-Treats acne

-Mosquito Repellent

…and so many more!

So after I was pretty much shut down from a friend, or shall I say EX-friend, I took a drop and rubbed it between my hands and slowly took deep breaths. I feel so much more relieved and I can now go to sleep.

Buy some. Find a retailer near you that sells this specific product, or visit http://www.skinapeel.com and call them to order. They ship everywhere. That is the spa that I used to work for.

Good Night World!
